Help
Hey there first time here but need ur help I have a 77 ford custom with a 400 big block and a auto trans with 4x4, im not so into this auto anybody able to suggest me a trans for this o was wonderong what problems i would have with tryong to hook up the SM465 MUNCIE and the NP205 to my motor any help

Welcome to FTE. Going from an automatic to a manual is a little bit of a chore but very doable. I would look for a NP435 or a T18, both granny gear 4 speed. They are what came from the factory so it will be much easier. But if you want a SM465, I'm sure someone makes an adapter to fit your 400.
