400 trans

I would like to find a 5 speed transmission to put on my 400. Is there one that will bolt up or what options do i have? Also, what would be a good rearend to use in a truck?

I'm sure someone else will chime in here but I sure the only 5 speed is a real expensive alternative. What is currently on there? A c6?

I don't have a trans. I was given this motor to put in a truck that needs everything exept the body.

what type of transission the 5 spd in later F250, and F350s with a 460 will bolt up not exactly cheap but will bolt up.

i might be able to get one of those off of the local salvage yard. Guy owes me for some mustang parts. I'll give him a call tomorrow. Thanks for the help.
