No Boost!!??

No Boost!!??
I just picked up a F-450 6.0L Diesel and it has 0 boost. I can maybe get 5 psi on the gauge when I finally get up to highway speed. Its a dog!!
Anyways....I purchased it cheap knowing a boost fix was required. Once I verify the intercooler boots are not blown out or split, I was going to pull the intercooler and pressure test it. The injectors were just replaced at a ford dealer 12,000 miles ago.
Is there anything else I should check first before removing the intercooler/charge air cooler?
No smoke at all! I would have thought it should smoke black, but possibly something is cutting the fuel back? I dont really hear the turbo spooling up like I remember it whistling in my other trucks.
Thanks for the help!

I checked the CAC boots - OK
I checked the VGT connector - OK
I checked the MAF hose and ends - OK
I took it out for another ride. I was able to get more boost, but that was over 3,000 rpm and foot hard to the floor. I got just under 20 psi but it drops off to 0 again when you are trying to maintain highway speeds.
Check the 2 videos.....very delayed boost. And smells like an old cold farm tractor!! The second video was about 10 min after 1st

I pulled off the ebp sensor and sure enough it was pretty crudded up. I cleaned it, pulled the tube and cleaned it as well. Verified the connector on the manifold was clear as well. Put it back together and no better at all. Turbo is spinning, but absolutely no boost, whistle or indication this thing even has a turbo on it.
MAP and hose good. Inter-cooler boots good. No codes!! Why no codes for under boost??
Although I cleaned the ebp sensor, how do I know its good without putting a new one on? I dont want to just throw parts at this thing....as we all know....it could get expensive!!
If my turbo was crudded up and the unison ring stuck.....would that not throw a code?
Thanks for the help!

To check the EBP sensor load the PID into your monitoring device also load MAP and BARO check the readings at KOEO and see if they are with in .5psi with each other. Then take it for a drive and see what the MAP and EBP values are doing. Don't now where you live for elevation but close to sea level should be around 14.7psi and will lower with rise in elevation. I'm at 4500ft and read 12.6 for reference.

Depends how much you want to spend. I have heard good things about the Torque pro and its cheap. Other thing is do you want to watch EGT's? I have the Edge CTS2 with egt and love it, my Dad has the SCT Livewire TS+ with the egt adapter and he really likes it but your talking way more money.
