Ford obd-1 code reader

All,

I've searched this forum and the interweb. What do people here recommend for a basic, obd-1 Ford code reader?

My '94 Jeep dash flashes when you turn the key on-and-off five times, so no reader needed.

Thanks, Dave.

A paperclip or piece of wire will work (google Ford OBD I paperclip) and it will show how to use it so you can count the flashes on the dash.

The flashes can be difficult to deciper at times so the Equus/Innova 3145 is an inexpensive way to take the guess work out of it.
