I just bought a 99 navigator with 52,000 miles on it.It has the heavy tow package. The last owner removed the air suspension. If been driving it for a couple of days the brakes started squeaking is this something i need to worry about or do i just need to get the 17 year old brakes off.
Got my brakes done luckily my rotors came off easy. Now i have a transmission leak coming from the access plug for bell housing. Taking it to shop does anyone know what could cause this or is this a comment problem it only has 53,000 miles on it.
Been driving around and keep checking for leak haven't seen any until i hook my camper to it. Would that mean there is something wrong or just the seal since I'm putting more strain on it.
No I would think you are fine, the problem with low mileage trucks is the rubber and seals dry up from not being used you may not even need to replace that seal just keep an eye on it.
