91 ford problems

So I posted before about the 91 ford that the fuel pumps weren't kicking on well the guys said jump line 2 to line 6 and see if they kicked on and they did. He said probably computer is bad. But my question really is after saying all that is would it start with the lines jumped or not? Because we have tried and tried it still will not start.

No because if the computer goes, like mine did another symptom is the pumps run on so when I turned the key the pumps came on and would not shut off and the truck would not start.
