Hi folks, looking for some advice and help!! My Rating Plate is shot and I'm really struggling making numbers and codes out!! I've found a number stamped in chassis and a front axle tag with codes on??? What's the best way of getting the information from them in order to help peice some information/history on my truck??? The codes are embossed on the Rating Plate. If you can't read it, post a pic of it.
If your truck has 4WD, the front driving axle is a Spicer/Dana 44. Post a pic of the front axle ID tag or list what's stamped on it.
Post a pic of the hidden frame VIN or type it. The VIN has 11 digits with an asterisk on either end.
The VIN will also be printed on the title/registration. 'Course since you live "across the pond" do limeys have titles for vehicles this old?
