The old black guy on the corner lost his wife some time ago. His lawn is all weeds, he just doesen't care anymore.

His is so far gone that I feel like getting some Weed B Gone and spraying it on his lawn, maybe he won't have so many weeds next year.

This area was all timber before it was houses. We have nothing but yellow clay. Sand would help break it up some.
