No On Position, Only Cranking Position
I just got done rebuilding this truck (85 F250 with a 7.3 dropped in). I spent two years removing and replacing the engine and doing a complete overhaul inside the interior and the engine bay. When i insert the key to start the truck, there is no normal on position on the ignition cylinder. The truck starts to crank over in the on position as well as the crank position and i cant figure it out. I compared everything in the column to my buddys truck and everything looks the same, so im thinking there must be a wire somewhere where it shouldnt be. Any ideas?
