what brand are you using? I picked up some paint stuff from the store over in Garner. Though Lillington might actually be closer.
I will have to check the brand then again it was mixed so don't know if the label will say?
Being they will still have paint in Benson I will most likely go there.

Went down to Raeford again on Saturday to help with a fund raiser. The Charity was the Hoke County Women's Center for Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault. I helped James (the other one from the Camping Trip) setup and cook smoked chicken for the fund raiser. I was also asked last minute to drive the Chase Truck for the motorcycle ride. Of course the truck the gave me was pointed the wrong way and this that and the other... so.. ended up doing 75 in a 35 at one point with the escort on my tail playing catch up.
There is something very disconcerting about having 3 cops with lights going on your tail when you are running that much over the speed limit. But it was all fun.
James Motorcycle Club has been working on raising donations, raffle prizes and items for the Women's Center for a while. I believe the day's count was close to 3.5k with the entire event count being over 10k raised in goods and cash.
Oh and I'm good if I never have to put another piece of chicken on a smoker again for a VERY long time.
Hey fellers!
We had a couple of friends over yesterday, and they wanted to help with our Christmas Display, so I had a nice Brisket on the smoker to feed our helpers, and ourselves. And naturally Rocky was there to supervise every move.
we hit a high temp of 81 degrees yesterday, and barely break 50 today, with pretty good storms to the south of us, and heading this way.
We made it to the Kansas City area Saturday, just a day trip for my mom's 83rd birthday, and we got to spend the day with Tim. He's really missing us, so we let him in on our plans to probably move back that way by April, he wasn't upset.
Hope y'all are doing well....
One more day of softball tournament for my daughter then that's done until spring, except for her training she has to keep up on over the winter.
Going to smoke a turkey tomorrow.
Smoked Turkey sounds good. Shoot your address out, and you might have a few show up unexpectedly!
Fired up the one ton today, just to let her run a bit. Had to jump off the freebie civic that I'm not sure what I'm going to do with yet. Also fiddled with the 919 a little, but mostly just organizing the shop some.
If any one wants some old body panels for a brick nose let me know, otherwise I think these are going to go to the scrap yard. They are pretty beat any way.
Also got a couple of bench seats (blue) though I'm thinking it might be fun to hang on to them and bolt them in the bed occasionally to run through a mud hole or two with! Still keeping my eye out for a decent shell for cheap for it. Oh and saving up some pennies for the Banks system. I'm tired of that dang exhaust leak she's always had from those rusty Hedman Headers, so might as well upgrade.
For once it's been a quiet weekend day at the house. I haven't had one of those in a while.

We went at it pretty good this weekend, working on the Christmas display. Tim came down and strung the roof with red and green lights, and I kept my old butt down on the ground where I belong, and managed to get the first 32, of 64 channels wired up. And as usual, the front yard is a mess from all of the extension cords that are strung about. And 32 down, 32 to go, not counting power cords for the controllers. When it's all said and done, there's nearly 80 extension cords being used.
I'm ready already. I just hope one of these flings I can actually get the full weekend experience. Always seems I get cut short for one reason or another. I had a great time last month. Weather was perfect.
