I'd love to have a dump truck. It would certainly tow more than I need. It'd be easy taking away the yard trash once a year (instead of the few times I go, like 3). But there are some down sides. like fuel mileage, and general drive ability. I wonder how those things do with parking?

Yeah, but in the end. I don't really need a dually, a diesel, or a dump truck. An F-150 is big enough for my needs, and I'm not feeling any need to compensate.
Catalytic converter should be in today for the old truck. Might try to get it mounted tonight. Or I might head over an look at the 2011 I found. Haven't decided yet.

whats this "need" thing you speak of... what about a Want... buy the right truck and itll serv your needs no matter what they may someday be.. lol
Josh, the Jeep video looks like it could have really been a good time.
Oh, and get the Coyote on the next truck!
Whaddupp Fellers!
Yes, I'm still among the living, for the most part.
Just got out of my second Dr's appointment this week. I'm still fighting with Duke's medical record department so the insurance company I get my disability from doesn't drop my a$$. Then another Dr. appointment this morning for my hearing, (WHAT)! The boy say's I need hearing aides....duh. So now to make another appointment to hear how much them things cost. I'd rather have new tires for both trucks.
Shari and I have officially started on our 2017 Christmas stuff this last weekend. Yup, but it takes a while to put things together, build new things, and we'll start stringing lights right after Halloween.
Hope y'all are doing well.
Don't make me come back there!

Bob we've been saying you need hearing aids for years... you just haven't heard us!
Sparky,
Triangle Car Rental down the road, rents dually diesel pickups if I need one. But since I don't tow with it every day, and I'm good with keeping cash in my pocket, and not compensating. I'm fine with an F-150 for now. If i need bigger I'll rent... I'll let you know when that happens.
Hoping to pick up the big trailer this weekend. I'll share pictures of the new tongue on it when I do. I'm betting I'll probably need to spray the tongue, but I have a half gallon of Rustoleum black here that will work.
Bob, beside the cost the biggest thing is comfort and ease of use. My friend wears them and it took several Dr's and brands before he found what worked for him. He about gave up on it. But now that he has them tweaked and tuned and fitted just right it's opened up his hearing world. Oh, and batteries. Be prepared to buy a crap ton of batteries and keep them in all your vehicles, pockets, home, etc.
I know that doesn't sound like a ton of fun but my friend is really glad he didn't give up on them. Best of luck.
Friday.. looking forward to smoking some meat on Sunday at Marty's. Bob, will you make it out for dinner Sunday? Any one else? I think Wesley will be there.
Oh and can't forget Saturday at the range. That should be good as well.
Ya'll have fun or be safe...

I think the wife is ready for a big block. She is really doing well.
I've got another 460 laying around, but she doesn't want it she says.... one day. I did make a executive decision on it, the spare 300 got sold.... I have a game plan.
