Oh, the road I live down laughs at jam nuts. Tried that, loctite, pal nuts, lock washers- all eventually come loose. Only castle nuts with a cotter pin hold tight- and the thread locker Ford uses on the bed bolts. lol
I have the big weatherguard. I couldn't be happier. I have mine connected to the Boxlink via an e-track adapter to a 1/2" J bolt. That works better and allows me to tighten down tighter with the one bolt than two little bolts under the rail on each side.

Thanks! It's the Bedrug XLT. It's like the regular Bedrug but without the sides. Works great with the spray in bedliner, and there's no gap between the tailgate and the box.
