Engine light
Just bought a 2000 f550 7.3, flatbed with a hiab 060 knuckle boom crane. it has 213,000 km. It hasn't been used much in recent years according to the guy I bought it from as he has been using big crane trucks for his business.
I've driven it for one day and the engine light comes on, I haven't had a chance to hook up my scanner to get the code, but I did notice the air filter was pretty plugged. I've never seen it happen, but could a dirty air filter cause the engine light to come on?
