Door swap and power door locks

2000 E250 doors to 2003 E350 van. the donor (E250) is manual everything, the E350 has pwr windows and door locks. I am fine with crank up windows, wondering if I can use the power door lock with remote only (leave out the switch that has no place in the new door panel/arm rest). I mounted the door with manual everything and it works fine with its own key (I am fine with 2 keys also) but can I take the lock actuator (power locks) and transfer to the manual door?

vettex, is that done from the opening where the window glass slides down into? accessing some fasteners through openings in the inner door skin?

actually the existing door panels (with the power locks/windows/mirrors built in) are in terrible shape so I was just hoping for just door locks which I can operate from the remote and door handles...

Keep in mind that the only thing I know about the newer model vans is what I learn here from you guys (I watch some of the threads in case i ever win the lottery and buy a newer van), but don't some vans with a factory alarm system tie into the drivers door? Just asking in case Dziwei has a alarm system..

So just wrangle the power actuator out of the door cavity and fit it to the lock of the replacement doors? or will I want to keep the lock/key cylinder from the power locks? it seems like it is riveted in place at first glance...

You'll need it all I believe so you can keep your keys.
I don't think they are riveted.
There may be a keeper that slides in btw the door and lock assembly or a large thin bolt maybe??
