Platinum led headlights question.

Is there a switch or something to have the LED's on as a running light during the day? Kinda like an Audi where they are on during the day.

Switch your Headlight selector to "Auto", your headlights wont's come on but when you put the truck in gear the LED Bars that look like brackets [ ] will be on as Daytime Running Lights.

I may not be understanding the question correctly but when I turn the parking lights on in my 2017 Super Duty Platinum the LED's come on and stay on until I turn them off. I always drive with my parking lights and fog lights on.

I believe he means DRL's which are automatic when shifted into gear

I have mine switched to the auto setting. I turn my switch all the way counter-clockwise to the last setting. I never have to turn them on, or off. Never have to turn brights on or off either. I just drove from MN to Glacier NP and back. Day and night. Rain (and smoke) and shine. Flawless. High beams come on and off. I can still flash my high beams if I need to.

Sometimes it's a pain when my radio goes dim (night mode) and it's light enough outside to make it hard to see my maps.

Otherwise it's set and forget.

Hmmm?

I turn my light switch clockwise, all the way to the right for auto-on.

You are right. It is clockwise. I have had the truck about two weeks, and I thought the dial worked differently. The outside ring turns, not the entire ****.

The outside ring needs to turn clockwise to the right most 'picture'.

You can change the DRL settings in Forscan.
