Obd2 code PO430

Obd2 code PO430
I have an 06 4.2l f150. The cel came on the other day and the code is po430. Catalyst not withstanding threshold bank 2. (Or something to that effect but definitely bank 2.) Ive done some research my understanding is bank 2 is the driverside correct me if im wrong.
So i bought a temp gun to test it but bank 2 seems good bank one seems to be an issue. The results of my test were as follows:
Driverside
Up stream 419 f
Downstream 403 f
Passengerside
Upstream 448
Downstream 359.
Isnt the back suppose to be hotter then the front? Which cat is bad? If the passanger side is fubar why am i getting a bank 2 reading?
