AXracer isn't chiming in so I'll add some technical engineering type crap here. A quick search and according to some web site the formula for Hp required is
Hp= Af x Cd x .00256 x V cubed / 375
assuming our trucks are about 30 sq ft of frontal area and drag coefficient is 0.6
Hp at 130mph = 30 x 0.6 x .00256 x 130 x 130 x 130 / 375 = 270 horse powers
add another 20 horse powers for rolling resistance.
