At beginning of Summer I had the one that attaches to the back of the compressor blow out on me wasting all of my 134a.. and leaving us very hot....
That hose alone costed over 200 dollars, after labor I think the job ended up at like 361.00, The price from the ford dealership was much worse.... To top that off the replacement hose was defective and blew out again... this time it was free though, but still the van was in the shop a week, before it was done with.
I don't know who my mechanics supplier is, but can ask. His price was the best one I herd. I checked several local parts stores and thier prices were worse.
I don't know which hose you need, but the one that goes form the compressor up to the accumulator is the most expensive hose on there... also the one that popped on mine. I think it also goes to the coil... not sure though, I couldn't see up in there very well when I inspected the damage...
You can try Auto Air of Macon. They usually have very good prices. The number is 478-781-9854. That's where I go for all things AC. I've been happy with them. Any time I compared prices here in town they have had the best. Good Luck.
