My '17 f-250xlt has Sync3 but not navigation. The service desk at the dealer wasn't much help when I asked about adding it, like they didn't want to be bothered with it.
4dtech.com sells a navigation upgrade w/ genuine Ford parts, and it looks like a straightforward installation.
Anyone familiar with this vendor, or have you otherwise done this upgrade?

I have Sync 3 without Nav also. With Sync 3, you can link to your I phone and use Google Maps.
So much better than the Ford Nav in my 16' F350.
