Bad vibrations

Anyone ever experience bad vibration under braking at certain speeds? Started on a long highway trip to Georgia, got off the exit and suddenly there it was, not even a hint of vibration before. Mine is between 60-40 mph was 50-40 before new tires today. I hoped the tires would cure it but, no. I also hoped it was a warped rotor 3 days ago when I changed those. New rancho 9000 shocks last year. New upper and lower ball joints, steering stabilizer, center link end, steering gear box, power steering pump, all new within the last year. What else could it be? It isn't a subtle shake either. Feels like it's in the steering, but shakes the whole vehicle. I haven't changed the rear brakes yet, and the tieBay rod ends feel good, but as heavy as everything is who knows. I don't think it is a bad wheel bearing, because it drives smooth and no noise till I brake.

I had an upper ball joint fail in less than a year on my Ex. They can cause shaking and vibration. I would recheck everything up front and not rule out anything just because it is new. I like to jack the wheel off the ground and have a helper pry up and down with a 2x4 under the tire while I look for movement. Maybe I am getting older, but I couldn't adequately pry and look at the same time.

Had the vibration before I installed new quality ball joints and everything else. Each time I hoped what I was replacing would fix it. Even though the tie rod ends feel good, I'm going to replace those too. I did the prying up on tje wheel also. Everything felt good.

4x4?

If so take a good look at the track bar bushings.

Try moving track bar up and down and in and out. If it moves that may be your issue.

You mention replacing rotors,

Did you measure the run out on the old and equally importantly the new rotors before install ?

Also, did you install new pads ? What was the wear pattern on the old pads ? Front to back taper ? Outside more worn then inside ?

What did the hub/rotor mating surface look like ? Did you descale it ?
Did you grease the caliper slide pins ?

A stuck pin and worn wheel bearings will give you fits.
