Yes, wire wheeling is a fine way to prep for paint. And as said, living in central AZ you probably won't find much moisture damage inside under the flap along the inner rim base. We should all be so fortunate.

Another thing to be alert to. Your rims all appear to match, but if the inner duals are a different design it is important to keep rim/ring sets matched. Stu
