Any help would be nice

Whats up guys. So I can drive shella around town all day an not have a problem.... But lately I've been heading to work about a 30 min ride on the highway. At about 75 or 80. An she dies but comes right back. Like she'll drop maybe 2 mph if that an comes right back at full power. I've been running the the front tank only because it's a new pump an everything. An the rear tank is for in town. I haven't changed the spark plugs or dizzy. Since I got the truck about a year or so ago. I know it's well over due. But my question is... I've read that some 96 f150 don't need to be timed. An than some do. I have a tag under the hood that says something along the lines of no timing needed. But I'm kinda iffy on it. An also on the railing on the bed it says PCI. Idk what that means. Sorry for rambling but. Tomorrow's my day off an I want to get dirty lol.
thanks for y'all help

Yes the base timing can be set with the SPOUT removed using a timing light at 10*BTDC.
Not saying that yours is out of time.

I've messed with the timing before. An set it at 10 tdc by hand. But couldn't figure out how to take the dizzy out. Got the cap off but couldn't get the stem out.
