Strange electrical problem

Howdy.
Have a F-250 inline 6.

After Hurricane, drove the truck for a few miles no problems started fine ran fine.
after after all that rain passed ,
went out and tryied to start it, nothing.
Put another good battery on it Nothing no dash lights, no lights at all.
Tried to Jump start it the dash light up, just the small Car was not strong enough ?
replaced the Solenoid, same thing battery at full charged,
not sure if it is Starter or maybe Ignition switch?

Thank you Help and Guidance in this matter.
God Bless

Start by checking both ends of your battery cables. Both positive and negative. Clean up any corrosion an loose connections.

Did your truck become submerged at all?

Sounds like the battery cables.
Bad connections at the battery, solenoid or at the engine block ground of the cable.

What year is your F-250?

His profile says 1992 F250.

Second checking the cables. I just had the same problem on my truck. The inside of the positive cable terminal was black with corrosion.
