Quick question this time..
I had some issues with my catalytic converter a while ago, the insides we're broken, so I hollowed it out and put it back in line. Could this be affecting the turbo boost? P2262 P0046 codes? Thanks

This should not cause any issues that would correlate with those codes. I have a 4" turbo back exhaust that I've had installed for years, no muffler, no cat, & no issues. If there was a problem in the cat thou I'd look further down the line for a exhaust restriction, maybe pieces of the cat in the muffler? If you've got the cash you could get a 4" turbo back exhaust. Checking your air filter and the turbos VGT solenoid/wiring for any issues would be a good start.
Oh wait you talking KAT as in catalytic converter.
I agree could be a chunk that got pushed down into the pipe and
blocking the flow just like a hairball. But in this case it will take more
than some Laxatone to move it on out of there. One way to check is to
open the system at the front flange just at the end of the down pipe and
ahead of the catalytic converter. You will be running an open pipe to
see if that changes the amount of back pressure. Your other option is to
drill a small hole in the pipe ahead of the catalytic converter and use a rubber
tipped pressure gauge and check what the back pressure really is. it should
not be that high. Our exhaust is not that restrictive. I think there is even
a spec for the back pressure in the exhaust. I'll have to take a look and
I'll report back on if I find anything. Also if you have not guessed I can be
a smärdas at times
Update: haven't done the delete yet because I need to make sure I can still get a sticker.
Just found out that I have no power coming out of the VGT connector, KOEO and at idle. Says elsewhere I should have almost 12 volts? Also attached is the reading I got this morning " after" I unplugged the VGT.. thanks! Also short video of the bus running, seems to be okay but no pickup and tough getting up any hills.
With the VGT unplugged..
Here is the PDF with the engine controls and the connector
on the PCM side C1382c
The info you are going to need to test with is on page 26-10
Vpower should be on pin 11 Wire BK/LB
The control side is on pin 10 Wire DB
I also included the 2 other plugs C1381 a & B and the Symbols aka key.
One thing to keep in mind when testing is to not test from the face of a
connector. Always go from the back side . This is called back probing and
saves the plugs from getting stretched so that pins no longer have the
proper tension to retain then in the sockets.
