Internal tailgate cam connection

OK, I think this'll probably be a stretch but I need to ask. I removed my tailgate so I could install my camper on my Superduty 6.7L.

I harvested the teensy camera from the tailgate, with the intention of installing said camera about the same height on the camper rear door.

Unfortunately, the cable isn't long enough, by about a foot. For now I've installed the camera in that black plastic thing behind the rear bumper, but it's too low and the backup image is super odd looking as you would expect.

Anyone got any experience with this connector, know what it is, or where I can find one? I need about a four footer. I've never seen a connector like this - it's barrel shaped, small like about 1/4" in ID and I need to find a longer version of it.
