Progress Pictures
Slow but steady progress on the 50. Goal is to have the engine and transmission set in place so I can break in the motor in by November. Going on a road trip to Georgia for a month for a break. May stop at midfifty on the way back. I had the 302 bored .030 over, the rotating assembly sent out and balanced. Edelbrock cam, manifold. Will take AOD down for a rebuild when lokar selector shaft gets here. Install Edelbrock heads this morning. Still can not decide on color and that is a big hold up. Will post more pictures when I can. Added US Radiator, Cpp Power disc brakes, Posie springs all around.

Nice to see the fruits of your labour and cash flow !
I sometimes miss the build part of the project; but I seem to work on my '50 almost weekly with some fix or tweak.
Truck is looking good, keep up the progress.

Thanks for looking. As long as UPS and FedEx don't go on strike I may get it done. More parts today.

Like your air compressor condenser coil on the back wall. Nice to see someone who understands the importance of cooling air coming out of of the compressor.
Great work on your truck, the attention to detail on little things like your compressor will be reflected in your finished truck.
