Legal to do EFI to carb conversion on 94 f150 in Texas?

I'm looking to swap a carbureted 460 into my truck in place of the little 300 6. Love the i6 but it's just not what I'm looking for, so would this swap be legal in Texas or will I have to find a shop that will just give me the inspection sticker? Not sure what the emissions laws are like here but I don't remember them doing any tests on my last inspection.

Check it out, apparently it's determined by your county.
