C6 Swap, drop in?

Ok, here's what I'm looking at. 93' F150, 4x4, 5.8 E4OD, and a parts truck, 90' F250, 4x2, 5.8 C6. 250 is a service body. But both trucks are single cab, long bed frames. The F150 is my DD, and my dream truck build. My long term is carb, I personally prefer it over EFI, I'm only 24, but I like simplicity. I already have had usual issues with sensors and the like, which I have replaced. But here's what I'm wanting to do take the C6, and drive shaft out of the 250(I'm ok with running 2wd for a bit). I just am wondering if its basically a "drop in" save for U-joints, or am I gonna have to put in the 10.25 as well? I'm really needing some input on this if you guys could.

Yes you will have to put the Sterling in. And of you are seriously going to carb, you may as well swap a d60 in the front of the truck too.

My advice is leave the daily driver alone and build something else to play with. A radically altered vehicle seldom runs better or gets better fuel milage than an all stock vehicle.
