Solenoid Problems (Please Help)

Hi, I have a 1987 ford f150 with a rebuilt 302 that I just recently restored. I just installed my 7th solenoid last week and it stuck on the 2nd crank. We have bypassed the switch and wired up a starter button, installed a new starter, new battery cables, and rewired everything. I've heard that low voltage from the battery will cause solenoids to stick but I do not believe that's the case here because my battery seems to be strong and putting out plenty of power. I have talked to some of the best mechanics in my area and this truck has them all stumped. Surely I haven't got 7 bad solenoids in a row from the parts store. I'm at the end of my rope with this truck and don't know what else to try. Has anyone ever ran into this before? Please help! Thanks!

You need to put a load test on the battery. If you don't know how to do the test, just take the battery to your local auto parts store and they will test it for free.
