Yes, all stock configuration my long box crew is 6 foot 10 inches tall. My local touch less it just fits, driving in and stopping in deep enough is tricky. Mirrors have to be folded in once the wash starts or they won't clear with the mirrors out. The width is also a challenge and you have to be sure your right down the centre properly.
It all depends on what car wash you go to--the car wash height is usually irrelevant to width, unless it's specifically designed for tall dually trucks. Usually, places that don't fit duallies will warn you before you enter. My parents both own Raptors, and maybe 50% of the touchless washes around us fit their trucks--they just avoid the ones that advertise that they won't fit duallies.
DO NOT DO IT. I went in with a 6.7L F350 Crew 4x4 and it hit the roof and broke the sunroof. Had to claim it to insurance and the carwash said it wasn't their issue. Cost me my deductible and the insurance $2,000. Just take it to a hand wash you do yourself.
There is only 1 near me (20 mins away) that will fit. They are building another one 5 minutes away from me so ill be using it quite a bit. My truck with 35's and a 2 inch level is over 7 foot. 7'3" should fit no problem. especially stock. I was getting frustrated for a little while when I couldn't find a wash with a 7 foot clearance. I have a cap on my truck so hand washing is not an option without a ladder (and Im no way in hell doing that lol)
Mine fits in my local laser wash (touch-free). You fold-in your mirrors of course, carefully align your truck, and I always go in beyond and make it tell me to back up, just enough to trigger off the back-up light.
I know this is an older thread, but I wanted to chime in. According to specs, my stock height 2017 F250 is 81.5" at the back of the cab. I went to one of the touchless that was at seven foot and had no problem clearing. My problem is those nozzles spraying across the top of the sunroof and the metal was deafening. I will never do it again.

Agreed, Wife and I went through a hail storm right after buying our 2019. Both wondered if they forgot the headliner. No insulation whatsoever.
