If the purpose of "fitting into car wash" is for the truck to come out looking better... then consider what happens when the truck ends up looking worse:
If you go read the entire series of posts about the "supposed" damage due to a pressure washer inside the car wash getting caught in the brushes and slung around and repeatedly beating the hell out of the truck, you'll see that it was probably a made up story.
Facts and data never supported his story. No pictures ever shown of the "damage".

I found one at the "Y" at Raley's in South Lake Tahoe where it fit and with DRW. Touchless. Only one I know of. Too bad I live in NC. In Myrtle Beach, they have an RV wash, but it's just a big bay like a normal car wash, where you use the wands. It's very nice though. My favorite part, is if you use your credit card, it will run up to 15 minutes without cutting off. Or if you're done before then, you can manually stop it. It charges you by the minute, or something like that.

The member certainly did post photos, I saw them, and guessed at how much it would cost to repair, which would not have been possible without the photos, and which @75Mike provided a link to in the post above, and which @Bananasfoster provided the exact same link to on the very top of the very first post of the link I posted previously.

Hi Jdnariz
Not only did I post pictures, I posted the actual repair manifest from the body shop.
Im not sure how much more proof you would need.
The moderator guessed the repair amount within an incredibly close margin.
I see you're a new member here on this forum. Try out the search function. It works really well.
BananaFoster...was this a car wash which pushes/pulls you through or was it a car wash where your stationary and brushes on arms move in and out ...up n down?
