Stall after start
This is my first post her because i have had literally no issues with my 2004 F250 Super Duty.
Went out and started the truck like every other time for the past 13 years. Started backing out of the driveway and burped the throttle and it just quit??
I put back into park and it rolled over for about a minute and finally caught.
When i put it back into gear i had zero throttle response.
I have a NOx sensor fault code and and EGR fault code.
I replaced the FICM 2 years ago.

Gonna need some numbers to help you out, otherwise it's a crapshoot for the most part.
Don't run the batteries down, whatever you do.
The only code that i think matters is the NOx code because the EGR is unplugged.
The NOx code is a P2200.
I don't have anything that monitors vitals.
I have spoken with others and they have said to check the stand pipe for the high pressure oil pump or other related parts.
What is the specific EGR code number?
Do you have an early 04 or a late 04 - you can tell by the location of the ICP sensor (or if you know the specific engine build date).
Monitoring the engine parameters (PIDs) is essential to troubleshooting as Mike pointed out. An ELM (bluetooth) adapter and a phone/tablet App (Torque, Forscan, etc) are relatively cheap. Lots of threads on the monitoring.
