Wipers not working

Wipers not working
Hey all,
I bought a 1985 f350 for cheap and one of the issues is the wipers don't work...at all. With the key on there is is power going to the red wire (of the 4 wires that are plugged into the wiper motor) but I don't exactly know how the circuit works so I don't know what to test from here. Can someone point me in the right direction on what to test next?
