Are you getting power to wiper motor? Did you check wiper fuse? Take a test light check for power on wire or plugin connector .Also check make sure wiper motor is grounded good .

I used my powerprobe to check the back of the plug and I have ground to both black wires and positive to the green... all of my fuses are good and I hear a clicking noise behind my glovebox

On the Wire harness that plugs onto your wiper motor how many wires do you have .On my 95 F250 I have 6 wires .Does your truck have intermitten wipers?Maybe you should put your old wiper motor back on and rewire it .

Behind the glove box is the control box of the wipers, if it's unplugged your wipers won't work.
