2012 F350 battery light is on and check engine light is on, still have power to everything but truck will not turn over, just tells me to pull off the road...
If it is telling you to pull off the road, the thing that used to trip that fairly routinely was a faulty EGT sensor. A reflash corrected that so that we will no longer be shut down by it. Do you know if you ever got that reflash done? I don't remember right off hand if it was a recall or if it was a TSB. If you have a scanner or access to one, see if any codes pop up for EGT.

This is what I was going to say as well. Sounds like an emissions failure of some sort of a fuel delivery issue.
Sadly it looks like its the exhaust system is taking a dump, which is causing the trucks computer to see it as over heating, thus shutting it down dead to keep it from damaging the turbo... kinda odd that was giving me a battery light and a check engine light but after pulling 16 codes all linked to the exhaust system... what else could it be? also was never re-flashed made it 159959 miles no problems. Was told by local exhaust shop it would cost me 5k to delete the crappy system out of the truck or spend 10 to 15k to rebuild to oem.
its a company truck, my boss and exhaust shop guy are friends so ill let them work it out. I work for a small company and my boss is a really good guy so I like to fix things on my own if I can, but I really appreciate the help, will let ya'll know all the fun bits if I can.
