Brad has been a great teacher and has always stepped up to assist me with my 2000 7.3 F350.
Yesterday, I drove up and he took the time from his Family to analyze my rig and load Torque Pro and figure out why I was getting the 1211 Code when I romp on it while in Daily Driver and Tow from the Hydra free tunes. My duty cycle went to almost 5 on the Stock injectors. The tunes appear to be "errant" as one would say.
Calling PHP tomorrow to get their take on the scene via the You Tube of the torque pro gauges that Brad recorded during the testing. This, IMHO, proves to me that their twice verbalized statement that my HPOP is going bad, is incorrect.
Bottom line, I don't think it's my HPOP, it's The Pulse Width designed into the tunes dumping too much fuel in and the HPOP can't keep up. That's why I my mileage has gone down, and I roll coal when I romp on it, and trow the 1211 code.
Too much fuel for too long.
All Hail The Brad

Thanks Craig! The kids loved the box of sugar you brought for them! Here's a screen shot of a wot run. Note the tattle tale arrows on the ICP telling on the stinky spike.

I had the same problem. Not a problem with my new heavy and light tow tunes. Really have not used the 2 street ones they sent. On the heavy tow I'm 2.7 to 3.2. Sometimes it will hit 4 on startup so I reset torque after I pull away. the light tow will hit 3.5 or so at lower rpm. Need to verify at higher rpm.
I wouldn't worry about PW on start up. The PCM is doing whatever it takes to meet MFD at cranking rpm. It's when PW starts tanking ICP and raising EGTs that it's a problem.

Right I mean I reset it so I can look at the max value of the gauge after a a wot run.
In simple terms, if your not getting a trouble code for P1211, then the PW probably isn't excessive. I'm not sure what PW/ICP value is required to empty stock AD injectors. On Biggreentruck's tow tune, the PW was maxing at 3.2 iirc and IPR duty cycle was in the mid 40% range. I'm not sure where I got this, but here's a chart showing the required ICP and PW for 238/80s.
