AFAIK, for medium and up trucks, the towing capacity is determined by your axle weight as certified by the manufacturer, or the limits on axle weight as dictated by state or local laws, whichever is lower. And then there is common sense, as a 370 makes enough power to run the bare cab and chassis home from the dealer, and as you add equipment, it goes downhill from there.....

You would have to decode the VIN to figure out the ratings but the regardless of the legal capacity, the 370 is going to provide a pretty serious practical limit.
The lightest rating for this truck is over 10 tons, assuming a flatbed or something the truck will weigh about half that, so worst case is about 5 tons capacity.
