All, looking for some help, I Have a "fridge body" [60] 6banger/3OT and determined to drop some american muscle in it. found a '93 fox body w/ 5.0HO as a donor car. my question is, is there a list of items to grab from the donor for this conversion?
-i plan on replacing front end with a CV front clip which means ABS, not sure what to do there.
-what can be omitted from the harness?
I'm sure I'm not using the correct keywords any help is appreciated.
Have you decided to go EFI or carbed? If you go EFI then you are looking at a lot of harness and computer out of the mustang, there are build threads out there you can search to find it. Or you can do it simply but more spendy and grab a standalone harness and computer to control everything.
The ABS doesn't come with the CV front end, that's computers talking to the brakes. You will get disk brakes, and power brakes if you mount a booster with that swap.
Theres quite a bit of info out there, start the googling and youtubing and start bookmarking.
