Truck yeah that's sharp! Too bad they didn't continue the two-tone option where part of the roof is the second color (like they did back in the '70s-'80s trucks). Such a two-tone, with a topper painted the "second" color, would look sweeeeet.

Ours is, well, not exactly sharp, but it's tight and dry in a rainstorm. Totally primitive, just some roll-up pads on the bed floor. But we can go anywhere in it, and the cats can ride in a cab-wide two-carrier "suite" we call the "sleeper cab".

I remember that two tone option. My friend had and 84 like that, pretty neat. That cat suite looks like it works pretty well for them.

That is a solution I've needed to multiple cat transport/temp housing that I've never thought of.

First step, reps to you.

Second finding a duplicate carrier & grate to use.

Thanks. (Nice cat, nice truck.)

Here's the trick - the sides of the "atrium" are actually the doors of the two carriers, latched to each other. For the top and bottom, they're just display grids my wife used to use in her art fair booths. Zip-ties for hinges, carabiner for a latch, Bob's your uncle. You can even slip a small litter box in one end.

Oh yeah, I noticed right away. I've/ we've got a Kennel Cab & the moment I saw it, it clicked.

Cant get the wife to leave one end of the door latch outside the edge as to leave tension on the door eliminating rattles (lessening stress) when in transit. One latch pin is plenty.

We came up with a nifty setup for removing and storing the camper shell. I really only plan on having it on the truck around 20-30 percent of the time. We picked up a somewhat small electric hoist so that it can be raised and lowered by one person.
