Thanks willowbilly3!
Got some work done this weekend. Swapped out the front and rear leafs, weatherstripping on the doors and got my Clifford Performance setup installed. Still need to get the kingpins into the front axle before getting her on the road for a test drive but hopefully that happens this week.
I only have 3' straight pipes on it right now to get me to the exhaust shop but it sounds and runs great. I can tell its going to be much more responsive than the stock setup!

Funny you should say that! The Clifford intake is setup so that you run your heater hose through it from the water pump. My buddy and I were wondering why it was setup that way and now we know! Thanks!
The two ports that you see here are for the inlet and outlet of water from the water pump:

Been a while since I updated this post:
This is the truck after lowering it and on its way to the exhaust shop (with straight pipes! )
This is the finished exhaust system. Now one of the nicest things on the truck!
And as it sits now with the wheels painted gray and the bullet caps installed
Cleaning up the interior is next on the list!

Thanks G-Force. Like the white too even though I dont think its the original color.
I see a big difference with the intake and exhaust but if I did it over again I wouldn’t have gone this route. I must say though that the exhaust sounds killer. Its duals off of the headers into a dual chamber crossover muffler than back out to duals. At the moment the exhaust might be the nicest part of my truck! The guy who did it is an artist!
With the exception of the carb/intake/exhaust kit and new springs/shocks to lower it I haven’t done much. Just some basic maintanence stuff. The kit was expensive but at the time I thought I was going to go the 6 banger direction. My original plan was old school lowered with the stock 6 and 3 on the tree. But after much research I’ve decided to go in the complete opposite direction. The new plan currently is a Roadster Shop frame (inspire by OldBleu), stock exterior (sleeper look), somewhat stock interior and a hi perf motor/AOD transmission. Not sure what the motor will be at this point, maybe coyote maybe a carb’d small block.
My next step is going to be the frame/motor/trans with leaving the exterior as is with the exception of the wheels and tires and raising the bed floor up to clear the new frame.
