2008 Mark LT: PCV valve
I can't find the PCV valve part # for my 2008 Mark LT with the 5.4.
All I find is Motorcraft 6758, a hose which (it's hard to tell from pictures) appears to be a hose with a PCV valve built into it. Is that accurate? Is that what I need in order to replace the PCV valve on this truck?
Thanks in advance to anyone who can help.

@canstacker is correct. The 5.4 does not use 'P'ositive 'C'rankcase 'V'entilation with a Pcv valve. It is actually negative crankcase ventilation. The drivers side valve cover has a catch-filter built into the top of the valve cover.
The crankcase is sealed. 'Filtered & Metered air is drawn into the passenger side Valve Cover from the passenger side of the throttle body. Crankcase air is drawn through a (non-replaceable) catch-filter in the top of the drivers side valve cover and into the intake manifold through a heater tube that is PCM energized below 32 degrees. Leak in valve cover gasket, oil pan gasket, front cover gasket, or even the oil filler cap will result in 'unmetered' air getting into the intake manifold and upset fuel trim / O2 sensor readings.
