I've heard guys swear for Rancho and Bilstein over the years. Had them...never noticed any real difference
I personally grab Gabriel or Monroe. They're cheap, they do the job...and if they do somehow wear out quickly, you can replace them x2 times before spending the same money as just 1 set of the "premium" brands
I recommend you grab F-250 shocks. They are 1" longer than factory X shocks. You will not bottom these out. But they will allow you to do a small lift down the road and keep same shocks.
Gabriel #61655 (Front)
Gabriel #61654 (Rear)
I got all 4 shocks for $94 shipped to the house. Truck rides nice and firm, shocks are shocking
Come to find out I have a Parent on my travel baseball team that works at a Ford Stealership gave him my VIN # next day he showed up with two Ford OEM Front Shocks , just installed them and it rides sooo much better ..Thanks everyone for your input !
