My mechanic had the problem quickly checked by a rear diff Man and told him because both the wheels were spinning forward I had an open diff while I still having three verified LSD verification documents. Can both wheels spin forward in a LSD if both the clutch packs are worn out? Thank you

It looks like you have a 3.73 limited slip rear end from your axle tag in the picture. If The code on your door sticker under axle is C1 that would confirm 3.73 limited slip. You would need 75w140 synthetic oil most of it already has the limited slip additive in it, except for the motorcraft is the only one I've found that doesn't have it but I haven't looked too hard either. If you just use the oil off the shelf with the additive in it just be alert for any chatter from the rear end afterwards if it happens you can add some more friction modifier to it. I would just get some rtv and make your own gasket I've never bought a new gasket anytime I've ever had to reseal a diff. I'm sure they are readly avaible though at the parts store if that's the way you want to go.
Read through most of these. And I have to give thanks to the gent for correcting me and sending me here . I posted my issues in the wrong area , which his reply accompanied with a link brought me straight here. I can feel my transfer case kick in, but that's it. 4x4 does not work. So I tried turning the hub lockers. They won't move off free at all. Can I use something to make/force them to move . Or is this a bad idea ?

you can try to turn them with a pair of channellocks but I wouldn’t try too hard if you know what I mean, other than that taking them out and rebuilding them or replacing them is going to be your best bet most of us go with warn premiums. There are some write ups here for cleaning them and bringing them back to life.

And did exactly that ! I got it to turn . I'll be trying it in a few to see if it works
