You may be able to substitute two different valves.
1965/67 F100/350 with economy fresh air heater has a manually operated heater water shut-off valve: C5TZ-18495-A
It's spliced into the input to heater core heater hose, located on the right fender apron. It's obsolete, but it's available NOS

1965/66 F100/1100 & 1967/72 F100/750 with deluxe fresh air heater has a cable controlled heater water valve (C3UZ-18495-A / Motorcraft YG-133).
It's spliced into the heater hose (same location as the shut-off valve). This valve also used on 1963/67 Econoline & 1973/79 F500/880.
This valve is available from Ford and misc. auto parts stores.
