Back in in the summer of 2000 my Dad and I dragged his neighbors old 1966 F250 out of the weeds paid him $500 for it and rebuilt the 352. it had an older disk brake and master cylinder swap done previously and all I did was clean , lube and change out all the bushings, shocks. Got new tires and wheels.
Used it for ten years with a cab over camper for yearly trips to Mexico with the family than kids grew up and moved on, Dad passed away but I still have the old 66 and all the years of memories we had with it. I like to fire it up once a month or so and just go for a drive through the hills.
