Ignition key problem

Am I the only person that has trouble inserting the ignition key in the darn hole?? It is a PIA? I love most everything about my F250 6.2 4x4 but this key inserting issue looks like it may be a real problem in the future with wear and tear. I went to Enterprise and they had a 2017 F150 4x4 I tried the key and same problem. The counter guy said people renting the truck also complained. Any ideas maybe graphite?

Insertion issues require lubrication especially on new models.

I think it's because the key blade is turned 90° from all other keys you have become use to. I had to get use to turning my hand to get it in but I still forget at times
