Question Rebuilding engine

I need the torque sequences for the connecting rods and crankshaft main bearings for my 1999 Expedition 5.4L Triton V8, I am rebuilding the engine. Does anyone know where I can find this?

Welcome, that's a pretty specific engine question. You might want to head over to the 4.6L and 5.4L forum.

You might want to get a hold of Racerguy. He might be able to help with that one.

If you haven't had any responses to your questions, you ought to get some sort of service manual. I couldn't imagine trying to rebuild this (or any) engine without one.
