As Tom says, that tongue weight is low. If your trailer weighs 9000 lbs, you should have at least 1100 lbs on the hitch.

What's the height of the bottom of the front and rear bumper? I can't see the pictures anymore photobucket pulled them?
I want this done to lower the Excursion a little. We have a 4.5 pro-comp lift on it now.

Spring swap question

Where do you guys source springs for this swap? And how do you know which code spring is on the truck you're looking at?

I'm on my second Ex, first one I did 6" procomp lift, but this one I want lower ride height, but like has been said, the Ex handles so much better with suspension help.
