Cannot get sync 3.8 for 2014 Flex
I recently purchased a 2014 used Ford Flex from a dealer. It has Sync 3.6. We wanted to update the software to 3.8 so we could use SIRI through the system. After running a vehicle report, we clicked on the sync tab and it indicates we are up to date at 3.6 and does not give us the option to download 3.8 so I can update the vehicle. Any idea why the 3.8 version is not showing available?
