Door lock switch will not unlock
Hi. Just purchased an 07 navigator and I like it a lot.
Mine issue I am having is that I cannot unlock the doors using the switch on the driver or passenger doors. They will lock the doors but not unlock the doors.
The key fob does unlock the doors so the actuators do
seem to be fine.
Many ideas ?

Both of my '07 Navigator front door lock/unlock switches will lock or unlock all the doors and tailgate including the glass.
Not sure why yours will not unlock. Maybe a fuse?
Do all the doors lock when you reach 10-15 mph?

I just had another thought.
It could be one of the front door switches. Those switches have two contact points for sending current. One to lock and one to unlock.
I would first suspect the driver side switch contacts need cleaning because normally that switch would be used more than the passenger side.
Not an electrician but do realize both of those switches may be wired together somehow. Car companies do try to reduce the amount of wiring in a car.
